When You Realize Your Mentality

In a previous post I quoted that “Until man can experience on the mental level that which exists on the physical level, he will be bound to the physical.” – John Whitman Ray. Today I want to expand on what can potentially happen when you do realize what is happening on the physical level and how it is brought on by the mental. Allowing transparency with yourself to become a mentally aware and conscious individual living in a physical body.

For a long time, a lot of our understanding of science in biology, astronomy and classical physics has been taught in school. Is currently being challenged by the quantum science, cosmology and the body-mind psychology of electric and magnetic energy. I understand that much of what I post seem mystical or pseudoscience but that’s the beauty of it. Quantum reality and current biology is being shifted into a universal understanding of what the ancient teachings have always hinted at.

When we begin to accept that everything is entangled in a web of light (which it scientifically is proven to be now, finally). I hope you can expand your mind for a moment to really grasp what this means for YOU and your mental world of the existence of being alive right now. To be able to know and comprehend this information is a huge blessing, something your ancestors and most of your grandparents can’t possibly think of or “think up” as they like to say of us. Let’s explore the mental and physical bridge built by light traveling through our energetic and magnetic systems we call our bodies.

How Emotional Memory Gets Trapped In the Physical Body

I have posts that detail the emotions (with sources) that are held with our organs because of the frequency that the emotions and organs have in common. Basically, the cells vibrate at a frequency and will magnetically be attracted to the organ with the most common frequency. This makes it so that crystalline memories that we “hold” relocate in the body wherever they will best attune to. If not a direct organ, then the chakra that is giving off that frequency.

In Dr. Ray’s books, he talks about stages of emotional frequencies ranging from Apathy to Excitement/Happiness. We also know more specifically than that now, as the image shows what this really means for our micro and macro influences and science. For those of us who like to think in Spiritual Terms, we can attune that Heaven would be something like Bliss and Hell to be below the state of Apathy. In other words, we can live in hell or heaven depending on our state of mind in theory.

How do we get from a lower state to a higher state? First, we have to realize that by holding on to lower vibrating cells and memories that are stored in our bodies… We are holding a lower vibration in our physical form which causes states of stress in our bodies in certain places. These manifest over time into illness, failed functions, or just higher states of mental stress. Stress is the primary killer of our mental reality and the ability to make decisions. In other words, stress clouds or mentality and forces us to act in survival mode. Allowing the Triple Warmer Meridian (as mentioned in so many posts already) to override your energy in a state of Fight, Flight, or Freeze which drains all of your other meridians except your Heart Meridian. No wonder everyone is so “out of energy”.

What this means is that what you are focusing on and any negative experiences that hold Blame, Shame, or Regret are shutting down your mental awareness of yourself.

Whatever practice keeps you grounded, calm, and mentally clear on your self and your life is going to increase your natural frequency. From a cellular level to a quantum level, you can start to feel better because your physical body will rejuvenate and heal. Your job now is to hold that frequency and state of calm and extend it into every moment that you can. When you fall, you pick yourself back up and move into the next moment, day by day. Becoming more and more aware of how you feel and your energetic alignment with your mental and spiritual life within. The space that is only your experience, your individual thoughts, and feelings, that connect and manifest into a physical reality that you share with other living creatures. Do you see how you can’t manipulate the physical until you understand how it came to be there in the mental world first?

 

Don’t Blame the Doctors or Drugs – It’s on you now!

As soon as you start to realize your own depth and complexity, you are probably starting to feel shitty (which is totally okay) as most of us are bound by this physical pain and suffering. Or are you? If you are you need to know today that: You don’t have to be!

Let’s consider that the majority of your body is healthy and works in amazing ways to keep you alive. This is assumed until proven otherwise – always.

 

Embodying the feeling of being alive in the moment is giving your cells higher vibrancy and are better able to combat your stresses and misfortunes for You.

 

Read that like x3. I know that it seems like the current medical field has convinced us that our bodies are in need of drugs to fix themselves. Unless you are being attacked by a virus most of what your body produces as symptoms are simply ‘calls for attention to the self’. To become aware of the issue in the body. Truth: Most doctors know that the illness is self-made and are unable to tell you that no drugs will fix it. Especially if they don’t know the cause because there’s nothing foreign floating in your blood, fluids, or energy that they can identify. The field of psychological counseling is also going through some changes as the current generation of counselors of today are much more consciously aware of the influence of the self, the collective conscious, and the spiritual implications of the mental world. These combined we will see a day soon where much of these fields are forced to work together. Especially when people like you and me start taking more personal responsibility for our mental realities and seek the advisement of the right professionals. Doctors for foreign and physical adjustments, mental/spiritual counseling and guidance, as well as natural fitness/health coaches. Are really going to take a rise next to self-awareness, meditation, and mindful living starts to affect the communities as a whole across the globe.

If Doctors could tell you it’s All in your head – They Probably Would

Our ancestors (humans that lived before us. period.) lived in a state of survival and their medical treatments involved natural remedies and self-awareness. The body is fully capable of rejuvenation unless being attacked by an outside source. Something that got inside the body from outside the body. Being attentive to what you eat and where you are is basic survival. This is where the medical field is really helpful, outside of the body attacks, surgery and wound care, fitness, and nutrition.

 

Nearly everything else that your body produces symptoms for is internal, which means that if you created it then you can also heal it.

Taking Conscious Control

Here’s where you get to be the scientist in your own life and prove your own body’s intelligence.

Self-confidence, self-assurance, and self-awareness is key to being in control of your body and mind. If you’ve read this post completely so far and didn’t skip ahead, then you know that you have this ability to tap into and free your own body from illness. The trouble is that most of us don’t yet know how to take control of their thoughts and feelings and the next statement is a little bit troubling. Forgiving yourself for your past failures, previous insecurities, and faults is primal to healing yourself. This ground isn’t solid without the love of self and willingness to Be Whole. Next, is the acceptance that you don’t have to have control of what goes on around you and in the world at large, but you do need to be responsible for your life, body, mind, and self. By being aware of yourself and your experiences you are empowered by the influence you can have on your body and the mentality of those around you too. Here’s how you can start to take your mental power back today:

  • Let go of what you think you know, and open your heart and mind to new ideas, experiences, and knowledge
  • Be willing to listen and engage in the moment – in the thoughts, ideas, and perspectives of other people without changing your own experiences, thoughts, or ideas
  • Tell yourself ‘I love you’ at least once a day in  your mind or out loud – if you don’t that way then change it to ‘I want to love myself’ 
  • Talk to your cells directly! – your body is intelligent apart from your conscious mind (you don’t think about your digestion, for example, it just happens and then you ‘feel the thought to pee’, right?) – Tell a specific area of cells to rejuvenate and release toxins, negative energy, and repressed emotions, and remove heavy metals, as well as duplicate, create, and transmit new T cells.You may feel these releases of energy and emotion, if so, process them and feel their intensity mentally and release, forgive and love. Pray or meditate your way through the moment and then move on. – Do things differently.

Gaining Your Power Back

It’s an empowering feeling to know that you can heal yourself by being more aware of yourself, it’s just that simple. Thanking, thinking, and feeling more of what you experience instead of less. Processing the moment one after the next incompletion instead of hurried effort to repress yourself. There is a huge complexity that makes you who you are and influences what you do. Know now that whatever pain, sickness, or difficulties you are facings is simply to challenge yourself. To prove to yourself that you can change, adapt, and survive in a world that is constantly in motion. It is never more chaotic than you think that it is. Never is more in order and pattern than you think that it is. Meaning simply, that you perceive what is outside of yourself depending upon what is happening to you on the inside. When you work from the inside out you are much more able to see, to feel, and to think.

As soon as you realize the physical reasons for your mental thoughts, you can begin to shift your thoughts and thus, shift your body. Simply knowing this can change your world. And I hope that it does.
